Case Management Customization
Case type refers to the type of investigation your business is performing. It is a way to connect variables, such as subject types, case services, report templates, and more, with each other to capture data for each type of investigation. Each time a new case is created, the end user will be prompted to select which case type they want to use for the assignment(s).
Tags are essentially keywords for each investigation you create. Tags are intended to be words or very short two or three-word phrases. Adding tags that accurately represent an investigation or a need within an investigation will increase the chance that it will get its due attention. You may tag a case as “RUSH” if the case needs to be completed quickly, or “FRAUD” should you find a contradiction in the assignment. Create as many tags as you need.
Using our case services module you have the ability to customize the services your business will perform on an assignment. You can create as many case services as you’d like and control which services are available for each case type in your system. Your investigations will be more relevant and targeted towards the assignment at hand.
Your investigations may start with one subject and as your investigation grows, so does the number of people involved. Or, you may be asked to investigate a group of people to start. Either way, CROSStrax has you covered. You can add as many, or as few, subject types to your investigations. One of the types will be the default subject for the type of investigation you’re performing and the remainder will be attached with the case.
