Assign cases effectively and efficiently using investigator mappingCASE ASSIGNMENT
Easy Case Assignment Methodology
As a new case assignment is added to CROSStrax, it’s put into a pending status awaiting a preliminary workup and/or scheduling.
Through a sophisticated case assignment status workflow, CROSStrax managers can be alerted a new case is prepared and ready to be assigned, thereby prompting them to take action. Assigning an investigator in CROSStrax is a one-click process.

Let CROSStrax intuitively select the investigator of choice through a geographic proximity selection. This selection process will save enormous amounts of valuable time and prevent unnecessary but preventable expenses.
Once an investigator is selected, CROSStrax sends an email alert to the assigned investigator and daily supervisor, if different than the assigned manager. This email contains a link to the case file so they can quickly retrieve necessary case details.
A robust task management system allows everyone to monitor and take action. Additionally, current tasks can always be monitored through the user dashboard.

Automatically Assign Cases Using Rules
Create rules to automatically assign cases based on any criteria. A simple example would be a two-person team. One person could be assigned all insurance-related investigations, while the other person is assigned to all domestic-related incidents.
CROSStrax has a confirmation step built into the investigator portal to ensure all company protocols and laws are addressed with the investigator each time they sign into their account. If the investigator ignores this step, access to the case management system will not be granted.
CROSStrax is cloud-based case management and CRM software designed to streamline the process of managing an investigation as well as your clients who assign them. CROSStrax will assist your company in becoming more organized, efficient, and profitable with less effort.
