The Investigator Alliance is a platform that streamlines the process of outsourcing investigative cases to other investigators. Using this platform eliminates the need to look for private investigators to cover cases on association list services or Yahoo Groups.
How does it work?
Here is an example that shows how the process works:
Greene Investigation company in Florida has a case in Chicago, Illinois they need worked. Greene would login to the platform and search for an investigator in the Chicago area. The platform would generate a list of vetted investigators to choose from. They would also be able to review their credentials like their investigation license, proof of insurance, driver’s license, and rating.
The company and investigator can call and communicate with each other. They can negotiate rates and set terms.
Once chosen, the investigator in the Chicago area gets notified of a pending assignment and can choose to accept or reject the case.
If the investigator accepts the assignment, the company can seamlessly push the details of the assignment to the selected investigator through the platform.
The investigator can update the case as it progresses and securely submit the results to the company. All of this is done seamlessly and securely within the Alliance platform.
How much does signing up cost?
It is free for private investigators to join and set up a profile. Private investigation companies need to be a CROSStrax client to assign cases through the system.
